ATLANTA, Oct. 20, 2026 - DMR General Contractors, LLC (DMR) has officially completed the Jack Brown’s renovation at 1006 North Highland Avenue Northeast and received the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) earlier today from the City of Atlanta’s Department of City Planning. The restaurant is expected to open to the public soon.
